ASSOCIATES
Associates oversee the quality of a customers experience, from the moment they enter to well after they leave. This includes educating clients on service selection & retail decisions, confirming clients are comfortable through all stages of their visit, and ensuring clients leave the store happy and wanting to return. Associates also support our nail designers so that they can better serve our clients.

EDITOR (ESTHETICIAN)
MiniLuxe is not just about nails! Editors (estheticians) at MiniLuxe are essential to create the complete client experience by providing brow and body waxing services.

EXPERIENCE ASSOCIATE
Experience Associates at MiniLuxe oversee the quality of the end-to-end client experience in our stores, from the moment they enter to well after they leave. This includes educating clients on service selection & retail decisions, confirming clients are comfortable through all stages of their visit, and ensuring clients leave the store happy and wanting to return. Experience Associates also support our nail designers so that they can better serve our clients.

STUDIO DIRECTOR
Studio Directors at MiniLuxe oversee all operations in one (or several) of our studios. They ensure an outstanding experience for all clients, and for all employees in the store. Success is driven by the Studio Director’s ability to develop and motivate the team, ensuring that everyone is excited to be part of the brand and properly trained to provide the best client service possible. Studio Directors typically have 2 or more years of management experience in a service industry (e.g. beauty, foodservice, hospitality, retail)

TECHNICAL NAIL DIRECTOR
Technical Nail Directors at MiniLuxe support our Studio Directors to ensure a great experience for all clients and employees. They are responsible for all aspects of service quality, and will succeed based on their ability to coach, train, and develop our team of Nail Designers. Technical Nail Directors also play a significant role in recruiting & hiring new members of the team. Technical Nail Directors typically have 3 or more years of experience as a Nail Designer, and have a passion for coaching, developing, and training others.

CALL CENTER ASSOCIATE
Concierge Center Associates at MiniLuxe are often the very first interaction a client has with our brand. They are responsible for educating clients on our service offerings, ensuring clients can easily book an appointment in one of our studios, and generally helping out our clients in any way they can

We're looking to expand our operations team in the Dallas market, and have positions available including Regional Director (District Manager), Studio Director (General Manager), and Experience Associate (Client Service Associate), across multiple locations.
